Who we are

EPC Renewables is an Indigenous focused renewable energy company operating across Australia, Fiji, and the wider Pacific. Established as EPC Solar, the business built its reputation through the engineering and delivery of commercial Solar PV. Our transition to EPC Renewables reflects the company we are today: a broader energy infrastructure business supporting commercial, industrial, microgrid and utility scale projects. Our purpose remains focused on delivering reliable renewable energy, protecting the environment, and creating lasting employment, education and community benefits.

Our team brings more than 100 years of combined experience across project development, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations and asset management. Our capabilities now extend across Solar PV, BESS, microgrids, virtual power plants, embedded energy networks, EV charging, remote power, energy optimisation and our in house Insight monitoring platform. We are supported by experienced professional teams and a national delivery network of approximately 100 electricians. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification, OFSC accreditation and long term client relationships reflect our commitment to safe, accountable, and engineering led delivery.

EPC Renewables is Indigenous focused. This commitment shapes how we engage communities, create employment pathways, select partners, and deliver renewable energy projects on Country.

Through Kali Pathways, we support Indigenous students, graduates, and career starters into the renewable energy sector. The program connects education, practical training, mentoring and employment, with a focus on sustainable, full time careers rather than short term project participation.

Kali Pathways

We are developing Indigenous electrical and renewable energy apprenticeships across Australia and Fiji. These pathways provide practical experience in Solar PV, BESS, electrical construction, commissioning, monitoring, and maintenance, helping build local capability that remains within the community.

Our approach is guided by the principle that the right to energy begins with the right to information. Communities should receive clear, accessible information about their energy use, available technologies, project costs and long term benefits. Better information supports informed decisions, greater energy independence, and fairer access to reliable, affordable, and sustainable power.

We are Supply Nation registered and actively seek opportunities to engage Indigenous businesses, workers and communities through our procurement and delivery programs. Every project remains engineering led, ISO certified and supported by OFSC-accredited construction systems.

Creating Opportunities

Capability is built on occupied sites, under engineering led supervision, inside ISO certified systems. Skills stay with the people who earn them. That is how a company stays Indigenous led as it grows.

Strong Partnerships

We work with Indigenous businesses and community organisations where a project sits. Supply Nation registered is the starting point. Partnerships are judged on delivery, on finance, the same as any other contractor local or international.

Community Outcomes

We hire people who want to engineer, buy and build commercial energy systems. Roles sit across design, delivery, and operations, in Australia and in Fiji.

We are specifically focused on building apprenticeship and early career pathways for Indigenous candidates across Australia and Fiji. Through Kali Pathways, we create opportunities to gain practical experience in Solar PV, BESS and electrical systems, including installation, testing, commissioning, servicing, and ongoing site maintenance. Pathways may include electrical apprenticeships, field technician roles, and renewable energy operations, supported by experienced construction and engineering teams.

Career opportunities also extend beyond construction.

We support candidates interested in system monitoring, IT, data analysis, communications, asset performance, and engineering design. Participants can develop skills across project documentation, electrical drafting, energy modelling, remote monitoring, and operational support. Our focus is sustainable employment, recognised skills and careers that enable Indigenous people to participate in, and help lead, the transition to reliable, affordable and renewable energy.
